FAQS

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than 31st January 2026 (using the QR code on your invitation) by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above and selecting each person as 'Attending.'

If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend and will mark you down as “Not attending.” We are unable to accept late RSVP’s as we need to provide our suppliers with a final headcount just after this deadline.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What is the dress code?

We would love to see all our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire.

Please refrain from wearing jeans and avoid shades of white and ivory.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive at the venue with plenty of time, ensuring you are ready to be seated for 1pm.

If you should happen to arrive after the ceremony has started, unfortunately you will be asked to wait outside until the end.

Please note that you are unable to take drinks into the ceremony room.

Are children invited to the wedding?

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion.

We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day. Your understanding means the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, this will be clear on your invitation.

Is there parking available?

Complimentary parking is available at the venue.

There is plenty of parking at the venue, however we do encourage you to car share where possible.

All cars must be collected by 11am the morning after.

When will I need to choose my menu choices?

We will send out a reminder to complete your menu choices once we have received all our RSVP’s and are aware of numbers attending.

We will be providing each guest with a three-course meal for the wedding breakfast as well as food during the evening celebrations.

How do I communicate any dietary requirements?

There will be an option for you to let us know your dietary needs when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones are away and turned off and guests are to refrain from taking photos. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our content team to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Of course, we welcome you to share our special day!

However, we do kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the Bride and Groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so first.

What type of payment is accepted for drinks at the bar?

We will be providing numerous drinks for every guest throughout the day, however, if you wish to purchase your own drinks from the bar, both cash and card payments can be made.

What time does the wedding end?

All good things must come to an end!

Our wedding will end at midnight. Due to the location of our venue, we strongly recommend pre-booking a taxi if required.

Is there a gift registry?

Whilst we do not have a gift registry, if you wish to give a gift, we would be incredibly grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon.

Please click on the Gifting tab for more information.
